Sales and Customer Relationship Manager

This is a full-time role located in Haifa. The Sales and Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling transactions and addressing client needs, and overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. The role requires frequent interactions with clients, from engaging with our existing client base to creating new connections, ensuring long-term client satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless process for clients.
• identify and engage potential clients, building a strong and targeted sales pipeline.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Utilize CRM to manage client information, track and document sales activities, and streamline the sales process.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in the aesthetics and medical fields
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving the growth and success of the company.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our programs and products.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales and customer relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationship.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive approach, quick learner, and strong self-management skills.
• Experience in the aesthetic/medical industry – advantage
• Hebrew- must, Arabic-advantage
