Note: To be considered for this role you will need to have been in a startup role where you created a product fro scratch/MVP to 'live', having been through ideation of concept, customer scoping, live/launch/production, and then iteration. This role requires you to have been on this journey previously.

Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in taking our product from concept to launch, working closely with customer development and R&D teams to shape technical specifications, define feature priorities, and execute secure, scalable solutions. This position is ideal for a technically adept engineer with experience addressing advanced security challenges in Python and AWS environments, especially within large-scale enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Product Lifecycle Development (0-1): Lead the end-to-end development cycle, from initial design and prototyping to final deployment, ensuring high-security standards and resilience.
• Enterprise-Level Security Solutions: Architect and implement advanced security features for threat detection, protection, and awareness within large-scale enterprise infrastructure.
• Collaboration with Customer Dev & R&D Teams: Engage closely with customer development teams to capture technical requirements, create a secure, adaptable architecture, and align product functionality with customer needs.
• Technical Execution & Problem-Solving: Build and maintain backend and frontend components with a strong focus on Python and AWS, addressing security, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Feature Prioritization & Continuous Improvement: Prioritize feature development and adjustments based on customer feedback and evolving security needs, ensuring a robust product-market fit.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Security-Focused Development: Proven experience addressing complex security challenges, particularly in threat detection, protection, and awareness within enterprise-scale environments.
• Technical Mastery in Python & AWS:
• Backend Expertise: Strong background in Python with experience in designing secure, high-performance backends.
• AWS Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation) and deploying secure infrastructure at scale.
• Data Security & Threat Detection: Skilled in designing data security protocols, anomaly detection, and vulnerability management within cloud environments.
• Enterprise Infrastructure Design: Proven ability to build solutions that meet the demands of large enterprises, with a focus on scalability, high availability, and robust security.
• Collaboration & Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with customer dev and R&D teams, combined with a strong problem-solving mindset for addressing complex security challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Cybersecurity: Previous experience in a cybersecurity-focused role, ideally in environments with high-security demands.
• Experience with Containerization & Orchestration: Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools for secure deployment and scalable infrastructure management.
• Proactive Security Mindset: Experience implementing proactive security solutions, such as real-time threat intelligence and automated anomaly detection.
