We're seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer in the Tracking, Telemetry & Control sector to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will meet with prospective clients, prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrate product features, and manage proposal documentation, including detailed diagrams and portfolio management.

To succeed, you should possess a deep understanding of complex systems encompassing mechanics, software, electronics, and RF, along with strong sales support skills and excellent communication abilities in both English and Hebrew. A successful Solutions Engineer creates tailored solutions that meet customer needs, effectively conveying the value of those solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a subject matter expert in complex systems, including mechanics, electronics, software, and RF.

- Manage the entire proposal process, from requirements analysis and Bid-No-Bid decisions to solution conceptualization and proposal integration.

- Collaborate with technical specialists, subcontractors, sales directors, finance, operations, and other team members.

- Ensure proposals meet all requirements, instructions, and evaluation criteria.

- Develop and maintain proposal generation processes and templates.

- Stay updated on the company's product portfolio and emerging technologies.

- Provide coaching to sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and technical sales skills.

- Define product strategy and roadmap, delivering Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

- Conduct Link Budget Analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, with a combination of education and experience in complex systems.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading Pre-Sales or Product Management processes involving multidisciplinary proposals.

- Experience managing large and multiple proposals with strong writing skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market differentiators.

- Willingness to travel.

- Advantageous: Experience in systems engineering for multidisciplinary systems combining electronics, software, mechanics, and RF.
