Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Legal support for commercial and business transactions, primarily for headquarter functions, such as R&D, Purchasing, Regulatory & Clinical Affairs, HR, and Marketing
• Supporting business development initiatives
• Contract drafting, negotiation, preparation, and administration, including development agreements, distribution agreements, service agreements, supply agreements, clinical trial agreements and license agreements
• Providing general legal advice and assistance
• Work on legal operations initiative
• Maintenance and improvement of policies, as well as proposing new policies
• Improvement of business practices and effectiveness
• Supervision and coordination of outside counsel
• Litigation management

Requirements & qualifications:

• A law degree from a leading institution (a combination with another degree in a scientific or business field is an advantage)
• 5-7 years of experience working in a corporate/commercial department of a leading law firm
• English at a native speaker level
• Prior in-house experience is a plus
• Motivated, self-driven personality
• High energy and proactive style
• Ability to execute tasks to their fullest in a matrix organization
• Technology oriented person
• Project management skills – Ability to lead and work on cross functional projects using project management tools (good proficiency in Excel or other Project management tools is required)
• Good presentation skills (including high level of PPT proficiency)
• Good communication and interpersonal skilis
