The Role

Mission

DoorLoop is seeking an experienced and empathetic Employee Experience Manager (EXM) to cultivate a supportive, engaging, and inclusive work environment. This role will focus on creating and managing programs that enhance employee well-being, and build a positive company culture globally. The ideal candidate deeply understands employee engagement and retention and can execute large-scale initiatives with global impact.

Duties and Responsibilities

Fostering a Positive Work Environment:

• Design and implement strategies that promote work-life balance, address employee well-being and cultivate an inclusive and positive work culture across all teams globally.
  
  

• Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys, interviews, and meetings to identify needs and sentiments. Use this data to develop actionable insights and continuously improve the employee experience.
  
  

• Overhaul the global onboarding process, including developing comprehensive training materials, videos, and documentation to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
  
  

• Lead the implementation and ongoing administration of a new HRIS system to support seamless employee lifecycle management.
  
  

• Plan and execute both employee life events and large-scale company events, ensuring that these align with company values and contribute to an engaging and inclusive culture.
  
  

• Improve and manage global employer branding through social media channels to enhance the company’s image, attract top talent, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  
  

• Manage and optimize the Employee Experience budget to support global initiatives and ensure proper allocation of resources for employee programs.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in Employee Experience or related roles, with a proven track record in fostering a positive work culture.
• Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and well-being programs on a global scale.
• Strong analytical skills to assess employee feedback and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to execute multiple global initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in budget management and site selection/relocation projects is a plus.
