FP&A Analyst for Dynamic Finance Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate key findings to management.
• Budget Collaboration: Collaborate on the development of the annual budget and long-term financial strategies for the company.
• Budget Monitoring: Oversee the company's annual budget and manage budgets for various projects.
• Financial Modeling: Build financial models and conduct feasibility studies to support strategic business decisions.
• Profitability Support: Assist with internal control processes and perform detailed cost analysis to enhance profitability insights.
• Data Translation: Transform complex data into actionable insights and help prepare financial presentations for senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering (required).
• Experience: 1-4 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles (required).
• Industry Background: Professional experience in industrial manufacturing or consumer products (required).
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including expertise in complex formulas and financial modeling.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the capacity to identify trends, solve problems, and provide actionable insights.
• Project Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional projects independently and work autonomously.
• Language Proficiency: High proficiency in English, both written and spoken (required).
• Software Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Priority software.
