Technical Project Manager

yad2 is seeking a skilled project manager to lead cross-organizational projects, make things happen, and keep things moving.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects produce the desired results
• You will be the go-to person for everything involving the projects
• Creating supporting workplans, timelines and budgets
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the overall project plan
• Implementing aspects of the workplans and working with others to ensure achievement
• Identification of issues, concerns and risks, developing solutions, and ensuring workplan integration
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders including communication plan and reporting
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Your Skills and Experience

• Minimum 4 years working as a project manager
• Strong problem solving skills, issue handling capabilities, organizational capabilities and excellent communication skills
• Experience with project management tools
• Proficient at managing time, resources and budgets
• Capable of managing crises when they arise
• Adept at negotiating internally as well as externally
• Accountability, Detail-oriented, can-do approach, quick learner, and team player
• Deep understanding in dev processes/System analyst – an advantage
• High proficiency in English – mandatory
