Co-Founder CTO

We are seeking a visionary and passionate CTO Co-Founder to join us in building ARHIMOTION, a groundbreaking platform that harnesses the power of the IoMT (Internet of Medical Things) and artificial intelligence to deliver personalized, non-invasive solutions for mental health challenges. As a crucial member of our founding team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy, leading the development of our cutting-edge platform, and driving innovation in the mental health space.

Responsibilities

Platform Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of the ARHIMOTION platform, including its IoMT infrastructure, AI algorithms, and user interface.

Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical expertise in areas such as robotics, sensor technology, software engineering, mechanics, and AI/ML.

Product Development: Collaborate closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in IoMT, AI, and mental health technology, identifying opportunities to enhance the ARHIMOTION platform and drive innovation.

Technology Vision and Strategy: Define and execute the technical vision for the company, ensuring alignment with the company's overall mission and goals.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Proven experience in robotics, sensor technology, software engineering, mechanics, and AI/ML, with a strong understanding of IoMT principles.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Startup Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, passion for building disruptive technologies, and a comfort level with ambiguity and rapid change.

Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
