About the Role:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Noma Security, you will be responsible for building the infrastructure of our Data & AI Lifecycle Security Platform. You will architect our SaaS platform, automating processes to optimize developer experience while ensuring scalability and high availability. You will manage infrastructure end-to-end, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production-grade issues, all while ensuring that our deployment processes adhere to security and compliance best practices. In our fast-moving startup, precision and focus on business goals are crucial as we deliver impactful solutions quickly.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end infrastructure, including deployment pipelines, hosting, monitoring, logging, alerting systems, and production-grade issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of product business value and experience developing lean, efficient solutions.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies as the business evolves.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Advantage: Previous experience in leadership roles such as Team Lead or Tech Lead.
