Overview:

We are seeking a data-oriented BIM Project Manager specializing in MEP and low-voltage systems to join our dynamic team. The BIM Project Manager will play a crucial role in collaborating with clients to understand their design standards and requirements and integrating them seamlessly into our company's Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration and Project Management:
• Engage with clients to understand their design standards, requirements, and preferences and collaborate with R&D to integrate them seamlessly with our SaaS platform.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure all generated designs meet industry standards, project requirements, and regulatory codes.
• Develop and track KPI's, and oversee all deliverables and schedules to ensure quality of generated designs and SLA adherence.
• Team Leadership and Cross-Departmental Initiatives:
• Lead a small team of technical specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Coordinate with R&D, product and other departments to ensure alignment between initiatives and overall business objectives.
• SaaS Platform Integrations:
• Develop strategies and plans for integrating client standards and requirements into our SaaS platform.
• Work closely with the development team to implement features and functionalities within the platform.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Process oriented and data-driven approach - A MUST
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team management role with direct reports.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present complex technical information clearly.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) - A MUST
