DevOps Team Leader

One of Israel's largest defense companies is looking for an experienced DevOps Team Leader to join our team and contribute to solutions that support the IDF and other military forces globally.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented DevOps Team Leader to manage and professionally lead a team of six. This role involves overseeing the deployment of Kubernetes and OpenShift systems (On-Prem) as well as EKS in the cloud. You will work with Microservices-based systems and manage CI/CD tools within Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a DevOps team of six, ensuring high standards in technical and professional development.
• Manage deployment of Kubernetes and OpenShift systems (On-Prem) and AWS EKS.
• Work on Microservices-based systems and manage CI/CD tools in Azure DevOps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field – Required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps Team Leader – Required.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, AWS, OpenShift, and Helm – Required.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
• Experience with additional cloud platforms like GCP and Azure – Advantage.
• Knowledge of DevOps security best practices – Advantage.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible – Advantage.
