We are seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to support our growing finance department and contribute to the company’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, flag potential risks and opportunities, and report key findings to management.
• Collaborate on the preparation of the company's annual budget and long-term financial strategies.
• Monitoring the company's annual budget and other projects budget.
• Build financial models and perform feasibility studies to support business decisions.
• Support internal control processes and assist with profitability analysis through detailed costing.
• Translating complex data into actionable insights and assist with preparing financial presentations to senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering – Mandatory.
• 1-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles – Mandatory.
• Professional experience within industrial manufacturing or consumer products companies – Mandatory.
• Advanced Excel skills, with expertise in complex formulas and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, solve problems, and provide actionable insights.
• Independence and the ability to lead cross-functional projects and work autonomously.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge in Priority – Advanced.
