Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager/Owner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our product strategy, with a focus on delivering a world-class platform for tokenized assets. As the first product hire and a key member of the team, you will have the compelling opportunity to significantly influence our product roadmap and offering with a direct influence on the company's success. You will take ownership of the delivery of the company’s online platform and collaborate with developers, designers, marketers and risk officers, to ensure our offerings are competitive, customer-centric, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ideation, strategy, development, and delivery for our online platform, focusing on tokenized assets and alternative investments.
• Collaborate with R&D, leadership, and product design partners (wealth advisors and professional investors) to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Work closely with business and technology teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely execution.
• Establish foundational product management processes to guide platform development.
• Communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with company goals and market demands.
• Design user journeys, experience, interface, operational cost, and user economics for the platform.
• Lead sprint meetings, prioritize tasks, and ensure deliverables meet timelines, budget, key milestones, and KPIs.
• Ensure all products adhere to regulatory standards by collaborating with risk and compliance teams.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to keep the product offering aligned with industry trends.
• Monitor performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Act as a product champion, driving customer-centric solutions and a seamless user experience..

Requirements

• 3-5 years as a Product Manager/Owner in WealthTech, FinTech, investments, alternative assets, or wealth management, with a technical background.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, project management) and driving aspects of the product development lifecycle, such as roadmap creation, requirements gathering, and product launches.
• Strong skills in creating and owning Product Requirement Documents.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to make informed product decisions.
• Background in one or more of the following: SaaS, AI, platforms, FinTech.
• Demonstrated success in bringing financial services products from ideation to launch.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable and highly interested in working within a dynamic startup environment.

• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions.
• Experience working with tokenization providers and blockchain platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and heightened standards in the finance industry.
