Position: VP AI & Computer Vision (PhD)

Position Summary: We are seeking a VP of AI & Computer Vision with a PhD to join our senior team and lead our AI and computer vision division. This role requires technical expertise to guide advanced research, develop innovative models, and deploy them at scale within our products. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with diverse teams to drive breakthrough solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Taking a key part in developing and leading the company's AI and computer vision technology.
• Design and guide research and development projects with a focus on the integration of large language models (LLMs) into vision systems and/or Vision Language Models (VLMs).
• Develop and implement computer vision models and systems for complex event recognition and semantic analysis, including relative object interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, development, and product, to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in AI and computer vision, including leading significant projects.
• Experience with implementing large language models in vision systems, or proven experience in developing and training VLMs.
• Deep understanding of advanced technologies and algorithms, including deep learning, neural networks, and computer vision algorithms.
• Experience developing and implementing semantic analysis systems for complex events and relative object interactions and analysis.
• Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
