Information Technology Project Manager

We are looking for a IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our Infrastructure team and help us deliver high-quality projects.

You will be responsible for facilitating scrum ceremonies, managing project scope and timeline, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving impediments.

You will also collaborate with Infrastructure site Lead and PCN (Process control network) Lead and report to our infrastructure site manager.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and facilitate scrum events, such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Track and monitor the progress and performance of the project using ADO dashboards and reports.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, and escalate them as needed for the entire infrastructure group
• Manage several projects in parallel
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as developers, testers, product owners, customers, and vendors.
• Coach and mentor the team on agile principles and practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure that the project deliverables meet the quality standards and the customer's requirements.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and technologies, such as networking, servers, cloud computing, security, and storage.
• Experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience as a scrum master, project manager, or similar - preferable in the infrastructure domain.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal (all work related communication is in English).
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, or Lean.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferable:

Proficient in ADO (Azure DevOps) tools and processes, such as boards, pipelines, repositories, and artifacts.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field - advantage

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
