What You’ll Do

• Be part of a fast-growing engineering team that builds a cutting-edge platform that makes a real impact in the world.
• Have a major role in designing and building our system and how we work.
• Work closely with other functions in the company, such as product, customer success, and more.
• Build a 100% cloud-native containerized distributed system for 99.999% availability.
• Lead ML/AI initiatives in the company.
• Build an LLM-based system.
• Build algorithms, measure results, and keep improving them
• Train other engineers on how to consume models and build efficient AI-based systems.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python
• 2+ years in AI engineering/data science roles.
• Production hands-on, practical experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.
• Familiarity with various LLM-driven application concepts, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic workflows.
• Experience with building Data pipelines, release processes, and evaluation methods for models and algorithms.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Math, or equivalent engineering experience.
• Experience with computer vision models - an advantage.
• Familiarity with distributed system concepts and challenges - an advantage.
