Global Procurement Buyer – Machining & Manufacturing

We're looking for an experienced Procurement Buyer with expertise in machining to lead supplier relations, negotiate deals, and manage key supply chain processes.

What you will do?

• Manage relationships with suppliers both locally and internationally, overseeing budget, lead times, and quality standards.
• Work closely with direct procurement and indirect local procurement suppliers.
• Collaborate regularly with various departments within the company, including Sales, Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
• Handle product pricing and requests for quotations with various suppliers.
• Issue and manage procurement orders within the company.

You should have:

• Proven negotiation skills with a strong ability to drive cost-reduction processes and establish supplier agreements – must.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement within a manufacturing setting, with an emphasis on machining, coatings, fasteners, enclosures, and soldering – must.
• Experience with ERP systems – required; experience with Priority is a significant advantage.
• Ability to read technical drawings – required.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and proficiency in Excel (tables, pivots, graphs, formulas) – required.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify gaps, and define improvement activities for cost reduction – required.
• Experience in import processes – advantage.
• Experience with ISO standards, aerospace standards, and working with COC – advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, initiative, and a service-oriented approach.
