Job Description:

Product Management Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Development:
• Oversee all system components and drive product development from conception to launch.
• Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with company goals and market needs.
• Content Management:
• Understand audience preferences to identify, source, purchase, and upload engaging content to our platform.
• Technical Team Coordination:
• Communicate effectively with outsourced teams, managing technical aspects to ensure seamless integration of new features.
• Plan ahead to adopt required technologies and achieve milestones.
• Website Management:
• Regularly update and maintain website content to enhance user experience.
• Social Media Engagement:
• Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn business page, posting updates and interacting with our community.

Business Development Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
• Market Expansion:
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Networking:
• Attend industry conferences and events to meet with partners and expand Cinemoon's presence.

Position Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years in a Product Management role with exposure to Business Development activities.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple interfaces and as part of a team.
• High level of personal responsibility and initiative.

Technical Proficiency:

• Technical savvy person who can catch technological concepts and ideas fast.

Language Skills:

• Very high proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
