JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Success Associate must be committed to represent the company in a professional manner and skillfully support its EpiCheck assay in laboratories worldwide. This includes, but is not limited to the technical onboarding of new laboratories, technical training on the usage of Nucleix’s product suite, and the ongoing monitoring of Nucleix product performance at customers' sites. Independent and often on the road, he/she will be the face of the company and, therefore must naturally enjoy interacting and teaching people, and find purpose in his/her job role. He/She must demonstrate deep technical understanding of the product and be confident in their ability to effectively handle assigned and unexpected technical situations such as product training and troubleshooting. The Customer Success Associate must be focused on customer service and reflect a highly qualified technical service department. The Customer Success Associate is also an integral part of the Product Development and Operations Department and as such will engage as needed with broader projects and departmental activities.
Responsibilities:
- Implement all procedures and protocols for customer service, to facilitate and maintain all Quality and Regulatory requirements.
- Perform customer training activities and ensure proper lab and site qualification and certification.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and product success.
- Run laboratory studies and investigations relating to customer support and other product development projects.
- The role will require off-site national and/or international travel (EU + US)
- Support timely feedback to customers.
- Facilitate technical and logistic communication and coordination with 3rd party laboratories and suppliers
- Foster relationships with distributors and end-user laboratories and provide feedback regarding site-specific performance and product usage information.
- Collaborate with S&M team in reviewing marketing and product materials with technical content.
- Contribute to other departmental projects as needed and perform other related duties, as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with Company’s Quality Management System and support quality initiatives to maintain an environment of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology or a related Life Science field
- 1+ year experience in customer support/ success role in the biotech industry
- Experience with standard molecular biology techniques required.

- Customer-oriented approach, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for customer
- Willing to travel abroad several times per year
