 Your Mission

As a Senior RPA Developer at Nuvei, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UI-Path. You will play a crucial role in automating repetitive, rule-based tasks and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple business functions. This role focuses on process analysis, design, and development of automation solutions to increase productivity, reduce errors, and free up human resources for more strategic tasks.

Responsibilities:

• RPA Development and Implementation: Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using UI-Path. Identify opportunities for automation, assess feasibility, and design workflows to meet business needs.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose automation solutions to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable and maintainable automation solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct testing to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of automated processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of RPA solutions post-implementation, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of RPA workflows, including technical specifications, process design, and operational instructions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful implementation and alignment of automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an RPA Developer with a strong focus on UI-Path.
• Expertise in process automation, solution design, and implementation.
• Solid understanding of RPA best practices and methodologies.
• Experience in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with system integration principles and APIs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in identifying automation opportunities.
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
