Data Science Analyst

We are looking for a Data Science Analyst to join our Machine Learning team. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to support the development, deployment & monitoring of cutting-edge recommendation systems, predictive models, and AI-driven too.

Responsibilities:

• Support the product teams in defining KPIs.
• Conduct post-deployment performance analysis to ensure optimal functioning and continuous improvement of models.
• Present findings to product managers and stakeholders, recommending future model iterations and strategy changes.
• Work with data scientists and engineers to understand the technical aspects of models, helping translate complex outcomes into actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with product managers to align machine learning initiatives with business objectives, influencing the direction of product development.
• Act as a bridge between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency in the development and deployment processes.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend changes for improved model performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards & streamlit applications that track the performance of machine learning models, providing clear, transparent insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, or another field related to machine learning (M.Sc machine learning/data science oriented - an advantage)
• Knowledge of machine learning & data science basic concepts (like loss functions)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data/ML/product analysis
• Proficiency in SQL
• Python (Pandas, Numpy)
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights
