Reporting to the Manager of Creative Services, Rapyd is seeking an energetic, growth-oriented and ambitious junior graphic designer who can help support our creative design team and global marketing organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Rapyders around the world and have an opportunity to work on major projects at a key moment for the company as we expand into additional regions in Europe and Latin America.

As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts for brand and marketing materials in a variety of platforms and media
• Assist in the creation of designs that are visually appealing, on brand and effective in communicating information to our target audience
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet marketing needs or to improve design quality
• Research and stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to ensure that our designs are innovative and effective
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a design role
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications or related field
• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.)
• Proficiency creating presentations in Google Slides
• Proficiency in Figma
• Basic understanding of print and web design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take direction and work independently in a face paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of design trends and principles
• Familiarity with project management and workflow tools such Monday
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
