About the Role:

As a UX Expert, you will:

• Own the UX Strategy by Deep Product Understanding: Define and execute a user experience strategy in alignment with business and product objectives.
• Lead Application Design: Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for complex web applications, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.
• Document Designs: Produce clear and comprehensive design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, and design specifications.
• Create Prototypes: Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, customers, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of design into the development process.
• Conduct User Research: Engage directly with customers and stakeholders through interviews and observations to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
• Perform Usability Testing: Periodically test usability on existing systems, create mockups for new ideas, and present product analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage Design Assets: Share design assets and prototypes with team members for feedback and development.
• Design system: Own a scalable and composable design system for a no-code platform.
• Improve Processes: Actively identify opportunities for improvement in work processes and collaborations and lead efforts to implement solutions.

Qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience as a UX expert, preferably in-house at a B2B product company—A MUST

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to delivery, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Extensive experience working in a global organization with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UX/UI design best practices, including user research methodologies and a user-centered design approach.
• Strong experience with Figma and familiarity with SaaS/B2B products.
• Deep understanding of user-centered and data-driven design methodologies.
• A robust UI portfolio showcasing your ability to develop high-level and detailed mockups and prototypes.
• Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Detail-oriented, critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centered approach.
• Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design or a related field
• Experience with no code platform
• Familiarity with the procurements/legal field
• Experience collaborating with customers across companies of different sizes and sectors
