Attorney (נזיקין)

Our international law firm MM~LAW is looking for a LAWYER with 3-10 years of experience in tort litigation in Israel (נזיקין)

We are a Chicago-based law firm with offices in Tel Aviv whose practice, since 2000, is exclusively representing victims of terrorism, crimes against humanity, and genocide, in civil lawsuits against the transnational financial networks and profiteers that support worldwide terror organizations and the perpetrators of crimes against humanity and genocide. We are in the process of filing several major lawsuits on behalf of victims of the October 7 massacre.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the paralegal staff, which is conducting client interviews, and for preparing allegations as to their damages claims for inclusion in the complaint, discovery proceedings, and preparing clients for trial.

Full-time position available, working from our Tel Aviv office.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Member of the Israel Bar Association in good standing

* Excellent level of Hebrew and English communicational skills (written and spoken)

* Litigation experience in tort law (3-10 years)

Previous experience in the field of human rights, counterterrorism and/or finance is an advantage.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

* Litigation work – writing complaints, legal research, advancing lawsuits, managing client liaison paralegal team, working directly with lead counsel and co-counsel

* Work with our research team and paralegals to collect all relevant information for lawsuits
