Product Manager

Job Description:

Factory 54, a leading retail company, is looking for an innovative and results-driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of our product offerings and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in the field of technology.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch new features and products.
• Prioritize the backlog missions and manage the development process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality.
• Analyze product performance and metrics to inform decision-making and enhance user experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication across teams.
• Create and maintain documentation, including specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge in the retail market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the retail sector.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
