Job Description:

• Manage and lead implementation of Operational Excellence projects.
• Develop and promote operational excellence strategy at the site to reduce losses, waste, and inefficiencies in production and operational areas.
• Implement improvement processes and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supporting the company/site's strategic objectives.
• Coordinate and lead advanced projects for the implementation of digital capabilities and solutions across various units.
• Collaborate with multiple interfaces locally and internationally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering / industrial engineering.
• Very high proficiency in Hebrew and English - mandatory.
• High learning abilities - mandatory.
• Experience in implementing improvement methodologies and leading/implementing projects to drive improvement in a manufacturing plant - a significant advantage.
• Personal independence, leadership, and management capabilities.
• Experience in handling unexpected roadblocks situations and finding solutions.
• Familiarity with performance management and improvement methodologies such as SIX SIGMA, KAIZEN - a significant advantage!!!
