Roeto IBI is a leading system in Israel for managing pension and financial client data, providing services to private customers through insurance agents and institutional entities.

Job Description:

Provide remote technical support to the company's clients and diagnose advanced technical issues

Manage user permissions in the system

Deliver Help Desk services to company clients

Provide support and assistance to Tier 1 representatives

Requirements:

Technical background/experience with computers- must

Technical orientation required- must

Basic English (reading/writing) - must

Knowledge and experience with Office software, especially Excel

Bachelor’s degree - an advantage

Personal Qualities:

High service orientation and ability to work under pressure

Self-learning ability

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full-time position, Sunday-Thursday, hybrid work model
