Semiconductor Technology Group Manager

• Manage a team of 5-6 engineers.

• Provide remote support for testing vendors.

• Collaborate with R&D groups, including Power Lab, Packaging, and Testing.

• Support failure analysis

• Participate in operations meetings to manage devices and solve production issues.

• Improving productivity and yield

knowledge and duties should include but not limited to the following:

• JMP software knowledge – must.

• Ability to analyze, summarize and present data – must

• Strong knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing, DC measurements, SPC process control –

must

• Device final test development and support;

• Measurement data collection and analysis;

• Device Layout DOE planning and analysis

• Understanding and hands-on experience with TCAD device simulation & masks design,

• Strong knowledge in semiconductor device physics and reliability

• Knowledge in C or Visual Basic or scripting language .

Knowledge in power electronics – advantage.

• Understanding of physics and manufacturing process of power or RF GaN HEMT.

• Understanding and hands-on experience with TCAD device simulation & masks design,

• Understanding and hands-on of static & dynamic parameter testing of GaN HEMT.

• Lead development process of power GaN transistors for automotive applications.
