Player Support Manager

Banditos Studio is a well-funded, high-performing game development studio focused on mobile role-playing games (RPGs) with an amazing community of engaged players. The company is headquartered at WeWork London Ministore (Tel Aviv).

We are looking for a Player Support Manager to join our team and work with players who are experiencing issues or have feedback about our leading game, Heroes & Dragons. In this role, you will be resolving issues for players, collecting feedback, and helping prioritize critical issues for the development team.

As the Player Support Manager, you will be the voice of the players within the company, ensuring that the game and the team are focused on the areas that matter most to our dedicated players.

Requirements:

•  A passionate gamer with a strong interest in RPGs, preferably mobile, but any platform is welcome.
•  2+ years of experience in QA or customer-facing roles.
•  2+ years of experience working with Unity.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
•  Daily use of Discord to engage with other gamers.

Bonus Points:

•  BSc in computer science or equivalent hands-on experience.
•  Previous experience in community management.
•  Experience working at a game studio.
•  Familiarity with Zendesk.
•  Experience working with Jira.
