Key Responsibilities

Procurement

Manage quotations and price negotiations
Conduct receipt inspections
Process invoice approvals
Perform inventory counts
Monitor open orders

Production

Initiate work orders
Report on assembly processes
Manage finished goods inventory

Quality Control

Liaise with suppliers on matters related to defective products (MRB)

Engineering Support

Maintain existing production files
Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in the ERP system

Sales Support

Process orders from the company's subcontractor
Manage deliveries for subcontractor orders

Shipping

Enter packaging data for shipments into the ERP system

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in most of the aforementioned areas
Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Priority
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong English language skills (both written and verbal)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering management or related field (preferred)
