Logistics, Procurement, and Engineering Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

• Manage quotations and price negotiations
• Conduct receipt inspections
• Process invoice approvals
• Perform inventory counts
• Monitor open orders
  
  

• Initiate work orders
• Report on assembly processes
• Manage finished goods inventory
  
  

• Liaise with suppliers on matters related to defective products (MRB)
  
  

• Maintain existing production files
• Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in the ERP system
  
  

• Process orders from the company's subcontractor
• Manage deliveries for subcontractor orders
  
  

• Enter packaging data for shipments into the ERP system
  
  

• Minimum of two years of experience in most of the aforementioned areas
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Priority
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong English language skills (both written and verbal)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering management or related field (preferred)
