Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Demo Specialist who is confident in presenting live product demos. You will report directly to the Customer Success Director and be the face of ReConvert during customer demos. The ideal candidate has professional-grade recording equipment and experience with video presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live product demos via video conferencing tools for prospective and existing customers

• Record high-quality instructional videos to showcase ReConvert's features and best practices

• Answer questions from customers during or after the demo sessions to ensure clarity and satisfaction

• Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer transitions

• Assist with the creation of video tutorials and promotional content for the company

Requirements

• Experience conducting product demos or tutorials, ideally within a SaaS or eCommerce environment

• Professional-grade recording equipment for video demos (e.g., high-quality microphone, camera, etc.)

• Fluent English and excellent presentation skills

• Ability to break down technical concepts for a non-technical audience

• Experience with video conferencing and screen-sharing tools (e.g., Zoom, Loom, etc.)

Desirable

• Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms

Flexible Hours

This is an ongoing project-based position, with hours as needed. As long as the work gets done within the relevant due dates, work around your own schedule and commitments!

4. Loom video: Record a 2-4 minute Loom video of you working through a fictitious problem on a Shopify site (you may use a free development site)
5. Include targeted rates: Provide your targeted hourly rate
6. Confirm availability: Indicate your availability to start (e.g., immediately, two weeks’ notice, etc.)
