Business Development & Commercial Projects Manager

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents and children. As we continue to grow, we seek a Business Development and Commercial Projects Manager to join our team in Herzliya.

The ideal candidate will have strong business experience, excellent English skills, and the ability to manage commercial projects and international communications.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Commercial Manager on a wide range of issues relating to the company’s commercial activities globally.
• Lead diverse commercial projects within the company and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take part in business development activities and projects which include assessment of investment and collaboration opportunities.
• Active participation in management meetings, including building the agenda for the meetings, summarizing discussions, and supervising the execution of tasks.
• Participate in regular discussions with international stakeholders, including communication with distributors and clients globally.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual reports for management.

Requirements:

• English at mother tongue level – Must
• Business experience – Must
• Legal knowledge – Advantage
• Finance/Accounting knowledge – Advantage
• Academic background in business/legal/financial/engineering fields – Must; a Master's degree – an advantage.
• Strong writing and drafting skills in English, including presentation preparation – Must.
• Management consulting experience – a significant advantage
• Experience in working in a global business environment – a significant advantage
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally frequently – Must
