Job: Cloud Architecture

Role Overview:

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud and application migration solutions, with a strong focus on data security in cloud environments. This role involves collaborating across business units to architect solutions that deliver strategic business value, while ensuring robust cloud data security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and communicate the architectural design and deployment of cloud migration, application migration, and cloud data security solutions.
• Establish and maintain a cloud-specific architectural vision and standards, creating technology roadmaps that align with business objectives.
• Conduct reviews of existing architectures to identify technical deficiencies, design gaps, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations for cloud migrations and enhancements.
• Support leadership in resource planning by providing technical insights into upcoming and ongoing project requirements.
• Collaborate with production support teams to resolve immediate, cloud-specific architectural issues.
• Manage customer Cloud Services, including resources related to storage, security, networking, disaster recovery, and backups.
• Oversee customers' Office 365 environments, ensuring effective management and security of all tenants.
• Design, implement, and maintain customer environments, including web, SQL, and Active Directory servers.
• Design, deploy, and support Azure Security Cloud solutions tailored to customers' needs.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in Cloud Architecture.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect (or equivalent certification).
• Strong understanding of core internet principles such as HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, networking, and load balancing.
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell (advantageous).
• Experience with containers and/or container orchestration tools like Kubernetes (advantageous).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure Cloud
