Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing translation projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our clients, translators, and editors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage both long- and short-term localization projects from start to finish

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements

• Assign tasks to translators and editors

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed

• Ensure high quality in all translations

• Manage project budgets and timelines

Skills and Qualifications:

• Professional knowledge of translation tools – essential

• Formal education in translation from a recognized institution – preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in localization project management

• High level of English proficiency

• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficiency in any of the languages Texel works with is a plus but not required.
