Telephony Engineering Lead

STARTICA is looking for a motivated and experienced Telephony & Voice Systems Development Team Lead to join a growing team. In this role, you will manage and support the development team, drive technical solutions, and oversee the daily operations of our voice systems. You will work closely with business users, project managers, and development teams to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of our systems.

• Oversee and manage project work plans.
• Provide hands-on support to the development team, including code review and architecture guidance.
• Lead technological advancements and system upgrades.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate with multiple interfaces, including business users, project managers, and development teams.
• Manage day-to-day system operations, resolve issues, and maintain tracking with company interfaces.
• Take personal and professional responsibility for team members, including training, mentoring, feedback, and decision-making.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products and their business applications.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a team lead or technical lead role.
• At least 3 years of experience in IVR and telephony development (experience with AVAYA is a strong advantage).
• Extensive knowledge of SQL.
• Proven ability to motivate and engage employees and interfaces, with a high service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
• Familiarity with Java and React (advantage).

Location: Full-time, hybrid position based in Petah Tikva, Israel.
