Seeking a result driven International Sales Manager

We are a groundbreaking food-tech company that developed a portfolio of algae based solutions based on our technology converting clean energy into sustainable food and nutrition while establishing a carbon negative profile.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and negotiating agreements with key international accounts, managing the accounts, driving sales growth, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. This role requires a self motivated, result oriented strategic thinker, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.
· Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key international accounts (both B2B and B2C).
· Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored strategies and materials for international markets.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
· Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market conditions and potential areas for growth.
· Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase the company’s global footprint.
· Work closely with the product development team to ensure products meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
· Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to international clients.
· Manage pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
· Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize account management strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and key account management in the Aquaculture industry.
Proven track record of managing and growing key international accounts.
Strong understanding of international markets, cultural differences, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
English- mother tongue; additional language skills are highly desirable.
