Role Description
For a leading technological company, we are looking for a BackEnd Team Leader (Node.js).
The Team Leader will lead and manage the backend development tea (3-4 developers), oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of backend services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Node.js - Must
- Experience in leading and managing development teams - Must
- Experience in k8s, Docker, Cloud Services (AWS)
- Experience in databases (MongoDB)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
