Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at StePacPPC in Migdal Tefen. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers and printers, and providing help desk support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage backups using Veeam.
- Perform server maintenance, including Active Directory administration.
- Troubleshoot and manage network infrastructure (VLANs, switches).
- Provide user-end troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure and manage firewall settings (ports, access, VPN).
- Support various software systems, including SAP b1, Qlik and more.
- Assist with IT projects and maintain IT process documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Veeam for backup management.
- Experience with server maintenance and Active Directory.
- Understanding of network management (VLANs, switches).
- Experience troubleshooting IT issues for end-users.
- Experience with firewall configuration and VPN management.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Interest in Business Intelligence (BI) and SQL is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
