Position Overview: The Sales and Client Management Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and overseeing project execution. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive client acquisition and retention.
• Manage and execute projects focused on organizational methods and systems analysis.

• Write and analyze system specifications and project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, particularly in organizational methods or public sector projects.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in consulting firms.
• Proven experience in writing system specifications and conducting analysis.
• High proficiency in Excel is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel and flexibility to work across various locations in the country.
