About this Role

Nadav Fingerprint & Apostille Services is seeking Fingerprinting Technicians to grow our team and provide fingerprinting services throughout Israel. This is a part-time, contract role, perfect for candidates seeking supplemental income and schedule flexibility.

In This Role, You Will

• Respond to calls and emails to answer client questions
• Coordinate meetings with clients
• Print documents before client meetings
• Arrive on time for client meetings
• Behave professionally, respectfully, and patiently with clients
• Accurately take client fingerprints
• Ensure all documents meet quality standards
• Collect payment from clients
• Mail completed documents overseas

Required Qualifications

• Ability to handle confidential identity information with integrity
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing documents
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to speak and write in English
• Ability to hold and grasp applicant's hands to obtain quality fingerprints
• Willingness to learn how to take fingerprints in ink

Desired Qualifications

• Ability to speak with clients in Hebrew
• Artistic abilities like painting, or other activities that require steady hands, are a plus
• Experience with completing paperwork or law enforcement is a plus

Work Environment

• Work will primarily be performed at public locations (coffee shops, train stations, libraries, etc.) where client fingerprinting meetings can take place while sitting at a table
• Fingerprints can also be taken at a client's home, workplace, or other agreed upon location
