Billing and Collection Specialist

The Guesty Finance team is growing, and we are looking for a Billing and Collection Specialist to join us. In this role, you will be in charge of setting up accounts’ pricing per contract or updating existing billing plans.

The ideal candidate must have deep operational/organizational skills to accurately perform the required tasks that make up their day-to-day responsibilities. On top of this meticulous attention to detail, the billing administrator must also possess excellent communication skills as they work together with other departments.

**This position is initially a maternity leave cover for a period of 9 months, with a strong possibility for a long-term role!

Responsibilities:

• Assure customer agreements are set up correctly to the billing system
• Add one-time or recurring products to existing accounts
• Work together with other departments to support billing request

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Organized in nature and with incredible attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and quick adoption of new systems/software
