Director of Operations for the International Development Department

The City of David is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day activities within its International Development Department.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Vice President, manage operational processes for the fundraising department.
• Oversee the full donation lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination from planning and donor interaction to reporting and recognition, aligning staff and processes with departmental goals.
• Supervise team members in responsibilities including project management, event production, donor research, site visits, creation of donor materials, reporting, tracking, budgeting, and CRM oversight.
• Lead department expansion, including hiring and training staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior management roles.
• Strong background in staff management and developing operational procedures and work plans.
• Strategic thinker with excellent delegation skills; able to manage diverse projects within set budgets and deadlines.
• Native-level proficiency in English (spoken and written) and high-level spoken proficiency in Hebrew.
