DevOps Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps and Monitoring Specialist to join our team in a a leading fintech company. This role will primarily focus on DevOps activities, with an emphasis on cloud-based solutions, advanced monitoring, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions.
• Manage and optimize cloud environments, especially on Azure, with a focus on containerization.
• Lead continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Write scripts and high-level code to automate and streamline operations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure robust networking, security, and OS configuration across Unix/Linux and Windows systems.
• Demonstrate technical leadership, actively promoting innovative ideas and improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in monitoring using tools like Zabbix, Prometheus stack, and Grafana.
• Extensive experience with Azure, container orchestration, and management. (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps tools and practices, with hands-on experience in CI/CD processes utilizing Jenkins, pipeline as code, GitHub, and BitBucket.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools sing Ansible, YAML, Python.
• Solid foundation in networking, security, and both Unix/Linux and Windows systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to reporting and documentation.
• Fluent English, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
