An opportunity for Senior Recruitment Specialist to grow into an Account Manager role within Elad Systems' Outsourcing Division.
As an Account Manager, you will manage client accounts in the outsourcing field, handling the entire sales process – from identifying potential clients, initiating meetings, providing quotes, to contract signing. You will focus on expanding the company’s operations, acquiring new clients, and increasing activity with existing clients. Responsibilities also include negotiation, drafting agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with strategic clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client portfolios in the outsourcing sector
- Handle end-to-end sales processes: from identifying clients, setting up meetings, and pricing to contract closure
- Drive company growth by recruiting new clients and increasing business with existing clients
- Lead negotiations, agreements, and contract management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with strategic clients
- Collaborate with various departments such as development units, procurement, HR, and recruitment
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in outsourcing sales management
- Strong negotiation skills and experience drafting agreements
- Familiarity with technological recruitment processes
- Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders
- Experience working with procurement teams
