Procurement Logistics Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process and logistics operations, ensuring a seamless flow of materials and products both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track purchase orders with suppliers in Israel and abroad.

• Send orders to suppliers and obtain necessary approvals for new orders.

• Confirm delivery dates for all purchase orders with suppliers.

• Collaborate closely with the IT department, purchasing, quality assurance, laboratory, finance, and logistics teams.

• Update and maintain supplier price lists regularly.

• Import raw materials from international sources.

• Oversee the export of customer orders, from order entry to invoicing.

• Coordinate shipments and distributions both within Israel and internationally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management or a related field

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within pharmaceutical or medical companies.

• In-depth knowledge of cold chain logistics.

• Import/export experience (mandatory).

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with strong pressure management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).

• Familiarity with the Priority system is a significant advantage.

• High proficiency in English.
