UI Expert & Product Designer - Wix Premium

Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer, you will own both the functional and visual aspects of your product, playing a key role in crafting visually compelling interfaces for our products.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to create intuitive designs that enhance the user experience and align with our brand identity. Your work will directly impact the core business of Wix, and you’ll lead your product domain from idea conception to product launch and all its iterations.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive product research by analyzing market trends, competitors, support tickets, and data to inform design strategies and product decisions
• Create beautiful, modern design assets while always staying true to user needs and our product guidelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX writers, business analysts, marketing, developers, and QA to ensure alignment and seamless execution
• Effectively communicate and present UI and UX concepts
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in product design with strong skills in UI and marketing design
• Portfolio showcasing your design and UX skills
• Highly organized and responsible, with a proven track record of managing tasks and deadlines effectively
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills who fosters positive team dynamics
• Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback from stakeholders and usability tests
• Curious and highly motivated

We are Wix's UX/UI Guild. We define and design all Wix products, including complex back-office systems, drag-and-drop editors, mobile apps, and more. Our mission is to design the best user experience for all Wix users. UX plays a crucial role in product creation, from research and wireframes to design and development. Post-launch, we use quantitative and qualitative methods to test, observe the data, speak to users, and gather insights to improve. We love enthusiastic people who are both masters of UX and have a pixel-perfect approach to UI.

At Wix Premium, you will be part of a close-knit team responsible for establishing and managing our financial relationship with Wix users. The Premium UX team consists of 9 designers and 4 UX writers, each leading a professional function within a product stream.
