With Sett, we enable creativity without limits, helping your game break through the noise and beat out the competition. 20% of the role will focus on management tasks such as leading and developing the sales team, and 80% will be hands-on.

What You’ll Do:

• Play a key role in our R&D efforts as our first Full Stack Engineer.
• Lead full-stack, end-to-end feature development and ownership - from research and design, through coding and testing, to production - of disruptive GenAI-based solutions for game companies using modern technologies.
• Identify and address technical challenges, providing innovative solutions and making informed decisions regarding technology selection and implementation.
• Collaborate with team members through open discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and other collaborative processes.
• Work closely with other stakeholders across the organization.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience with server-side languages in a cloud-based environment, with at least 4 years of industry experience with Python.
• 1+ years of experience in frontend development (advantageous: React, TypeScript).
• Experience working on AI products - MUST
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases and data modeling.
• Proven experience in building cloud-based microservices and distributed systems.
• Industry-grade experience in designing and developing highly scalable and complex cloud-based systems.
• Curiosity and a strong interest in developing cutting-edge GenAI solutions.
• A desire to constantly learn and evolve as an engineer.
• Passion for startups and a commitment to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, with a strong sense of quality, both visually and functionally.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on various research and development tasks while effectively collaborating with team members and other peers.
