Product Manager

Tondo Smart, a leading IoT company providing network connected lighting system for Smart Cities, is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead, manage and scale our product portfolio.

The position is full-time, based at the company's offices in Or Yehuda.

Role objective:

Lead the product to optimize business results by defining the company’s roadmap and priorities, overseeing product development and execution, and balancing needs from various stakeholders.

As Product Manager, you will report to the COO, working directly with all department leaders (R&D, operations, manufacturing, marketing, sales, etc.).

Responsibilities:

As Product Managers you will:

• Manage all aspects of building and executing the company products’ roadmap.
• Lead, conceptualize, plan and implement new features and functions, as well as improve the performance of existing services.
• Work closely with R&D on goals, priorities, methodologies, and delivery
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align product development with customer and market demands, ensuring strong product-market fit
• Advocate for the customer’s perspective throughout the organization, ensuring that all product decisions are guided by a customer-first approach
• Communicate product and features internally and externally.
• Conduct market research to synthesize needs and define requirements, including competitive landscape and market analysis. 
• Do hands on product work as the need arises.

Skills and requirements:

We are looking for a product leader with 5 years+ experience leading complex B2B, B2G and data products in a dynamic and energized environment. You need to have:

• Experience developing products combining both hardware and software is a must.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (fluent English is a must).
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Comprehensive understanding of UX and its role in product growth.  
• Exhaustive understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs.
• Leadership qualities and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Independent, goal-oriented, and highly motivated attitude
• Being able to navigate a dynamic, energized, and complex work environment
