Key Responsibilities

The position includes working in a R&D group that is in charge of preventing network threats across Check Point’s Network Security products.

As a response to 0-day vulnerabilities, malwares and global attack campaigns, Check Point releases frequent protections to its customers across the world.

The position includes the research and development of protections to various attacks and will expose you to the fascinating world of network security.

Qualifications

• Students from faculties: Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Information Systems/Communication Systems Engineering.
• Students with a minimum remaining of 1.5 years as a student.
• Availability to work 3 days a week (25+ hours) – must.
• Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/S, DNS, SMB, FTP) – must.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasked and very dynamic environment – must.
• Fluent English – must.
• Knowledge of Network vulnerabilities (RCE, DoS, Brute Force, Spoofing, Injection and OWASP top 10) – Advantage.
• Interest in the worlds of Networking and Cyber Security – Advantage
• Scripting and Programming languages experience - Advantage
