Role overview

We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to play a crucial role in our company’s growth.

As a Product Manager at Hoopo you will work on B2B SaaS, web and mobile and IoT driven products. You will lead features from conception to launch, continually improving our customer’s experiences, and collaborate with various teams in Hoopo making sure we deliver top-notch products and services. 

What you will do:

• Help Lead the product's strategy and vision, and ensure it aligns with the company's objectives.
• Deliver a great experience to our product’s users.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to shape our product requirements and capabilities.
• Assess solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods such as user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with the Engineering, Business, Marketing,Sales & QA team internally to provide top-of-the-line products.

Qualifications:

• Experience of 4+ years as Product Manager in a startup environment or SaaS organization. At least 2 different roles - advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products with a significant impact on customers.
• Self-driven to achieve the required goals.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership.
• Passionate about user experience.
• Exceptional communication skills in English verbal/written - must.
• Advantage - experienced in the logistics industry.
• Advantage - experience in data analytics.
